The Northeastern Pennsylvania Chamber Music Society proudly opens its 2018-2019 season with oboist, Rong-Huey Liu. Explore the unique oboe quartet repertoire from the light and quirky Oboe Quartet by Sir Malcolm Arnold, the delightful Mozart Oboe Quartet, to the fantastical Benjamin Britten Phantasy Quartet.
