Program Changes and Cancellations

Programs and artists are subject to change. If an event presented by NEPACMS is cancelled or postponed, the change will be announced on nepacms.org and by e-mail. To confirm a concert, check nepacms.org, contact us, or call NEPACMS at 570-763-9323.

Single Ticket Sales

There are no refunds or exchanges. Artists, programs, dates, and prices are subject to change.

Donate Your Tickets

If you are unable to use your tickets to a NEPACMS presented event, we will gratefully accept them as a tax-deductible contribution. Contact us for more information, or print and return your tickets to 2115 Lakeside Drive, #126, Harveys Lake, PA 18618. You can make this donation anytime up to two hours before the show.

Where are my Tickets?

NEPACMS utilizes an e-ticket system. If you did not receive the e-tickets in your designated email, please first check your spam or junk folder. If it did end up in your spam/junk folder, please make sure to add nepacms.org in your spam/junk filter. If you still have not received the tickets, please contact us or call 570-763-9323.

Third-Party Ticket Purchases

NEPACMS is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties such as ticket brokers or online outlets. Tickets purchased from third parties may not be valid or usable for admittance, and we cannot replace lost or stolen third-party tickets. Tickets purchased from third parties may be priced much higher than the ticket’s actual face value, and we will be unable to contact holders of such tickets about program changes or cancellations.

Ticket Scanning

Our electronic scanning of tickets upon entry helps prevent problems that can cause pre-concert delays or long lines and also enables you to retain your entire ticket.

Discounts

Please note that discounts cannot be combined with any other offer, are subject to availability and prior sale, and are not valid on prior purchases. Discounts may be discontinued at any time.

Security

We greatly appreciate your cooperation with necessary security measures that ensure the safety of our audience, artists, and employees. Please don’t bring large bags, parcels, or luggage to a NEPACMS event. All belongings are subject to inspection, and management reserves the right to limit access to the premises.
